Important tips for you when you install the window film

1.Thoroughly clean your window.

2.Peel off the protective film from Coavas label ( you can throw it away).

3.Spray some water on your window, more water is better. It can help you squeeze out excess air and bubbles.

4.Put the right side of the window film on your window, the smooth side ever stick to the protective film is the right side.

5.Squeeze out excess water and bubbles, dry with a dry towel, then it will work very well for you.

Step 01. Keep Window or Glass clean
Step 02. Wet the Window or Glass with water(Soapy water will be the best choice)
Step 03. Remove from backing protect sheet(which is a kind of clear vinyl, please MAKE SURE remove it before you apply the window film to glass)
Step 04. Apply to wet glass and smooth with hands
Step 05. Squeegee away water and air bubbles.

Question: Is the film easy to remove?
Answer: Yes. Everything about it is easy. (Application & removal) very worth it. Happy with purchase & trust me I’m a woman who did it by herself applying in on patio windows!

Question: The instructions say to remove a protective backing. It doesn’t seem to have one. Does it?
Answer: Its hard to see but it’s there, just keep looking at the edges of the film you’ll find it

Question: Do you need to buy a tool kit to apply it?
Answer: No. Very easy to apply with just a sponge with sudsy soap water & a scridgy

Question: is it temperature sensitive?
Answer: It doesn’t seem to be. We actually put it on a glass door in a second bathroom that currently has no heat so it’s cold, but then steams up when a shower is taken. It appears to adhering nicely. So far so good!

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
